As winter settles in across Minnesota, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what has been an exciting and meaningful year for IEA Safety. From team growth to industry leadership, 2025 has been defined by progress, connection, and a continued commitment to making workplaces safer across the state.
Growing Our Team, Strengthening Our Reach
This year, we proudly welcomed eight new Associates to the IEA team, expanding our presence across Minnesota with new talent in Brooklyn Park, Rochester, Mankato, Marshall, Brainerd, and Virginia. Each new team member brings fresh expertise, energy, and perspective—helping us better serve clients and communities statewide.
Honoring Milestones That Matter
We also had the privilege of celebrating some truly remarkable milestones. In 2025, we recognized one 10-year anniversary and one 25-year anniversary, honoring Associates whose dedication, leadership, and commitment have helped shape IEA into the organization it is today. These milestones reflect more than years of service—they represent lasting impact and trusted relationships.
Leading the Conversation on Safety
IEA Safety remained highly engaged across the industry, participating in 12 professional conferences throughout the year. Our team shared insights, led discussions, and delivered presentations that helped elevate safety practices across industries. One standout moment: being featured on a University of Minnesota Facilities Curriculum Podcast, highlighting IEA’s expertise and influence in the safety and facilities space.
Training That Makes a Difference
Education continues to be at the core of what we do. Throughout the year, IEA hosted a wide range of on-site trainings, virtual sessions, and webinars, helping organizations stay compliant, informed, and prepared.
