Announcing Amy Satterfield’s Attendance at the 2024 League of Minnesota Cities Conference

We are excited to announce that IEA’s very own Amy Satterfield is attending the 2024 League of Minnesota Cities (LMC) Annual Conference in Rochester, MN! This year’s conference promises to be an inspiring and informative event, bringing together city officials, staff, and leaders from across Minnesota to discuss important issues and share innovative solutions.

Amy kicked off her conference experience by attending the opening session, featuring a keynote address by Amanda Brinkman. Amanda, a Minnesota native, is well-known for her work on the show “Small Business Revolution,” which will highlight Minnesota’s diverse, small businesses in its upcoming sixth season. Amy was thrilled to hear Amanda speak and can’t wait to see the new season spotlighting our state’s entrepreneurial spirit.

In Amy’s own words: “I attended the opening session with Amanda Brinkman, who’s from MN. I can’t wait to watch season 6 of her show that will focus on MN diversity-owned small businesses. I took a picture of her presenting and will send that along. It seemed like a cool thing to promote attending as well as being at the conference.”

The League of Minnesota Cities Annual Conference is a fantastic opportunity for us at IEA to connect with other city leaders, learn about the latest trends and challenges in municipal governance, and bring back valuable insights to our own communities. We are proud to be part of such a dynamic and forward-thinking event.
