Virtual Chemical Hygiene Officer Training

This training will provide an overview of chemical storage best practices and requirements as applicable to a typical high school or middle school science laboratory, as well as important health, safety, and emergency response considerations. Come away from this training with tools to assist in keeping school science labs safe and fulfill the Chemical Hygiene Officer duties under the OSHA Standard on “Occupational Exposures to Hazardous Chemicals in Laboratories” (29 CFR 1910.1450).
